Measuring success

How will you want to measure the success of your event?

We will ask this question at the outset of the project. Depending upon who you are and what your communication objectives are, you might measure success in financial terms, or in numbers of delegates attracted, or in numbers of new members to your Association, or by increased brand perception and awareness, or by numbers of new customers generated, or by improved relationships. Some of these elements are easy to quantify (for example numbers of delegates, profit or loss). Others are less obvious and might need post-event evaluation to quantify. We will work with you to ensure that you have appropriate feedback and data to properly make your assessments. After all, we will all need that information as a base for designing the next event…
